Do you offer an Emergency Call Out Service?
Yes we do. If you have an emergency call us any time and we will endeavor to get to you as soon as possible.
Do you have a call out charge?
For works within daytime working hours up to approx. 8pm no we do not have any call out charge.
For late night calls we do have a call out fee of €150 however evening calls agreed in advance are not subject to any call out charge.
Do you offer credit?
No, FM Electrical Ltd does not offer credit for parts or services. All bills must be settled on completion of the works. Large jobs may require a deposit and stage payment plan but this will be detailed and agreed before the work begins. We will always be upfront about the costs, our aim is to complete the job with as little hassle as possible.
